Casa de Los Arcos

Good news, Casa de los arcos is now available for rent.  After a long time off the market I have decided to rent it again.

A beautiful seaside home completed in 2007, offering deluxe Mexican-style accommodations.

• Sleeps 6.
• Master bedroom w/King bed, private bath/large tile tube, rainfall shower, and windows overlooking the bay.
• Second bedroom w/queen bed and spectacular views of the bay.
• Third bedroom on the covered porch has a queen hanging bed. There is also a very large stone couch that can be made into a queen bed.
• Porch w/180 view of Banderas  Bay, Yelapa cove and main beach.
• Traditionally decorated living room & dining room for 6.
• Fully equipped kitchen w/full-size gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender & coffee maker, the bar seats 3.
• At the entrance is a large outdoor patio with a grill.
• Ceiling fans in all living & sleeping areas.
• Separate hot-waters heaters for each bathroom.
• High-Speed internet

Linens bath and beach towels and bottle water are provided.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. We use Paypal and add a surcharge of 4.5% for US or 4.5% for Canada. The balance is due upon arrival in Yelapa or before . All moneys must be paid in U.S cash or the equivalent in Pesos.

All deposits are final if not cancelled at least 60 days in advance of arrival date.  If you cancel 60 days or less you will receive a 90% refund.  If you cancel less than 60 days in advance we do not give a refund.  All holiday bookings are final and include Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving and Easter.
